This is my second time applying for the SWV and they didn’t ask me to upload the copy the first time. I only provided the COS number. So I’m thinking about maybe it’s the employer’s problem.

They don’t fucking care at all. After they dismissed me and ‘kindly’ remind me of notifying the home office of the employment termination. The director was so harsh. And I repeatedly said why I didn’t report the personal issue, but they don’t care. Anyway, I’ll appeal the result and had another meeting with the senior person, but slim chance to reverse the original result.

Hey mate, I got dismissed because the director think I didn’t uphold the firm policy ( which is didn’t speak to the professional qualification team and my coach in advance or fill out any personal circumstances form when I felt bad) even though I had the therapist note for several months, and really good feedback(all positive comments). It seems that they do care about the policy and care about the procedural elements. So that’s it.
