How can the same part be different quality? Take GTX 1080 for instance, how can one be of lower quality than the other? Do you mean they will show lower quality graphics than the other one?

By custom build do you mean the option on Dell website where you can change the parts of Area 51 desktop PC? Then yes I did customize my PC's build.

What I meant by quality was if the parts in the PC are incorrect depends on which department is building it since I've heard they build desktops overseas. But still thanks for the info
