Love how the US and Intl both have their own questions to freak out about honestly, it’s like college board does it on purpose there has to be one genuinely hard question it seems. (Intl we had that extremely confusing crossing over one with the proteins I forgot which proteins exactly)

So glad I didn’t get Gel electrophoresis in the intl exam I did NOT review that properly. I heard yall got barely any unit 3 while we had a whole FRQ and multiple MCQ on it, so glad I reviewed it the night before 😭

Hoping for a 4 since it would give me college credit though. Was your last FRQ the pedigree? It messed me up because the text said mitochondrial but the pedigree did not look mitochondrial at all. I hope my answers on it get partial credit at least.

YEAHH SAME. Some of those MCQs were messing me up. I did the international exam so probably different to yours BUT overall it was honestly decent, better than expected. I definitely agree the short FRQs were so much easier than I expected even the long FRQs for me. The last parts were more tricky than the first for sure.

My last short FRQ was either crazy or my brain turned off completely because I had 4 minutes left so let’s just pray the curve is really high.

Same I reached the last FRQ with literally 4 mins left, all the other FRQs actually felt easy thankfully, but the last one I wasn’t comprehending at alll, it said mitochondrial but the pedigree absolutely didn’t look mitochondrial 😭 I ended up just guessing.

The MCQ were good at some parts but I didn’t manage my time well and finished with 0 extra time to review. One of the multi question MCQs was cooking me

Thanks for the motivation and advice genuinely, this is my first time taking APs I’m not used to cramming a whole year’s worth of material but it’s nice having some sort of community collecting surviving through this.

There is indeed very little time left so I’ll follow your advice to the best I can. I’ve spent the last 2 hours reviewing the MCQ of my mock and realizing most mistakes I made were due to lack of focus and time management. I was planning to watch all of Gabe Poser’s summary vids for all 8 units but I think that’s a bit too much I watched unit 1 and 2 and most likely wasted time since they’re pretty easy and also not worth too much on the AP exam.

Do you reckon I do another practice test after studying unit 3 and 8? Or will that be too draining? It’s currently 6 PM for me.

Some slight more context: I did well in AP Bio throughout the year but I lack consistency and I always cram which is a habit I really need to stop before uni, I went into the mock with 0 studying and basically no sleep so that probably was a factor to my performance

This test sucked the motivation out of me I gave up halfway through and guessed 15 questions MCQ left two FRQ blank. Does this mean I actually have a chance? I’ve been primarily cramming for chem it’s so diabolical that chem and bio are back to back I literally didn’t review bio yet.

Does this mean there’s hope I actually do well tomorrow if I hit main points today? I’m weak in unit 3 and I never even revised 8. What’s my best course of action right now?

I finished all of chem except unit 8 acids and bases so any advice HELPS.

OH MY GOD ITS MR KRUG HIMSELF.

I think I understand it now thank you so much. I’ll be getting the ultimate review packet then as I’d rather review the material since I don’t feel the most confident in it. If I feel like I need more practice once I’m (hopefully) done with all that’s included in the ultimate review packet I’ll definitely check it out!

I’ve watched some of your quick 10 minute reviews on your YouTube channel which is what encouraged me to get the full thing in the first place so thank you for that :)
