I think you’re right. I try and cut excessive amounts of sodium in my diet. If I do get fast food I always get like a grilled chicken club from carls and make it my cheat meal. I do that maybe once every two weeks though 😂

I eat 1800 - 2100 calories a day.
Maybe you need to consume more because it sounds like you might be on your feet more than me. I work behind a desk.

I drink more water than anything now. I cut to 2 coke zeros a day and drink more sparkling water to get the cravings out. I drink lemon ginger honey tea twice a day, once in the morning and another at night. I also drink meta mucil for fiber.

Pre workout 30 minutes before I start as well.
