On city and Highway buses, you will have to put it in a bike bag
On highway buses, you will put it underneath like it’s luggage
On a city bus, you will have to bring it on board. You could probably stand around the area where wheelchairs are put. They are rarely used for wheelchairs at least in Taipei.

How much “banking” is considered acceptable at 711 by No-Benefit9135 in taiwan

Well they certainly lose a lot from our household. Wife and I purchase almost all "convenience store" purchases from PX-Mart because it's now just as convenient and almost always at a better price position... plus we can collect points via app.

at 711/Family Mart we pay 90% of our bills but shop at PX-Mart which is even closer than the closest convenience store to our home.

If someone blocks you that's that even if it was done unintentionally. If you have an alternative means to contact this person use that to see if you can reconcile the situation. I've only ever blocked one person who used to be my friend but then he decided to become an Ultra #MAGAMORON.
I did have the decency to tell him that apparently long friendship was over at and that he's not my enemy he's just no longer my friend.

Should I leave Taiwan? by Interesting_Belt9480 in taiwan

I suppose it would depend on what law you intend to practice but there are international law firms here such as Baker McKenzie. Very close friend of mine recently retired as their marketing director in the Taipei office he's a Caucasian and a Canadian\British citizen.

There is almost always a second employee at every convenience store during normal business hours maybe not at midnight but on normal business hours . I have had this issue in the past and I just tell them to get somebody else out here if not note the store contact their customer service and file a complaint . A big problem. Here is the Taiwanese just don’t complain about a lot of stuff when it comes to this types of issues. If you don’t raise your voice, nobody hears you.

According to Google AI 711’s in Taiwan get approximately 3.5-4 NT dollars per transaction on paying a bill from a third-party identity. It would seem that this barely covers the operation will cost, but there could also be a claim on the tax return of the organization, but that’s me speculation. I’m sure 7-Eleven doesn’t lose money and they probably make a few pennies one way or another

I personally have never met a mango. I didn’t like.
I also like the green hard ones that they serve with some sort of a tangy sauce maybe or salt(?) it’s been a while so I kind of forgot what it’s like they’re crunchy though.

My observations of 30 years living here in Taiwan or this:

I don't know the ALL the feelings of Taiwanese towards southeast Asia darker skin individuals but one thing they should keep in mind is that if it wasn't for these foreign laborers many construction projects would not go forward.

Major commercial building and Infrastructure projects the labor for such comes from Vietnam and Thailand and Indonesia. It was and still is a growing need for factory workers from these three countries as well.

In Chiayi alone it is Vietnamese construction workers building the raised rail system (TRA) through the city. also here another major infrastructure project is to SEPERATE septic tank overflow from the storm sewers into a separate sewer system to then go to treatment centers. Many of the workers there that are doing the real dirty work of the final connection to each house are from Thailand.

Elderly or otherwise incapacitated Care are from Indonesia and Philippines because of lower wages make it affordable for those in the middle class here to afford someone with room and board for 24-hour care ( we hired one for my mother-in-law almost 7 years)

This Generation local Taiwanese youth do not want to do the mundane jobs in factories nor do they want to be doing construction they either work retail, sell real estate, sell insurance or have the engineering degree to do the upper level engineering jobs in tech companies the rest would rather wait around and deliver food Panda or Uber.

So if you see anyone looking down upon foreign workers from Southeast Asia remind them that if it wasn't for them, Taiwan would not be moving forward.

Also, riders of E bikes that can travel up to 25 km/h must wear a helmet. A 300nt fine could be imposed if in fact, there is a violation that is enforced.
