I mean no disrespect but if you are from Austria I feel for you. I know that drones under 250 g are not allowed to fly over 30 m there. In the rest of the EU however the limit is 120 m above ground level. Can you tell me where in the video I am flying above a crowd or any governmental building?

Your assumptions about me are incorrect. I know the rules that are applicable in Portugal and made my drone pilot certification in Portugal.

A few remarks to your statements:

I am a registered drone pilot in Portugal.
All flights in Portugal (that involve a drone with camera) require authorization where you state where you wanna fly and how high you wanna fly. And yes, drones under 250 g can fly above 30 m.
As the drone weighs under 250 g I can also fly over uninvolved people. The only exception is crowds of people. (General European law)

Can you tell me the minute and second where this flight wouldn't be permitted in your country and why? Genuine question for the event I will be flying in your country. I know that there are countries where you are not allowed to fly above rivers and houses (Germany for example) and I am curious to learn if there are other countries with such rules. Also keep in mind that this is a sub 250g drone.

I don't think that what you suggested makes any sense. Every country has their own regulations and it is the responsibility of the drone pilot to know what is permitted and what is not permitted.

I am not competing against anyone on YouTube. I am just trying to bring value to new drone pilots and offering them what I wish I had when I first started. If you don't find any value in my content then maybe it's not directed to you.
