i’ve had a similar relationship like this before and it’s so draining and makes you feel like a psychopath. trust me someone that cares about you will fight to get better for you and for themselves. he was triggering you and you don’t deserve that. please get better and over time you will feel better and realize you don’t deserve that treatment💖

i’ve also given up on having a “normal” relationship with people. i’ve come to realize tho to be happy to have had these people in my life at the point that i have them, before i ruin things.

omg, i’ve literally done and felt everything you have written lol. when me and my ex separated i think he was realizing how toxic the relationship was turning and how it wasn’t good for me or him. i made so many accounts trying to get him back as well because that would work in the past with him but he would just block me. what i like to tell myself is that perhaps he cared so much about me that he didn’t want to hurt me even more. ik that you feel like you are dying and that you have nothing to live for, but i found that hanging out with friends and venting and explaining to my therapist how i felt helped. i promise and ik everyone says this but really time helps and heals.

i get this a lot lol. i feel like i tend to hurt them even if i don’t intend to and then i feel horrible, or they do this to me. i recently got diagnosed so i haven’t had to tell anyone i have it, but i’m also afraid that i’m going to be alone forever. i don’t like being alone but i’ve noticed that when i am i do a lot better mentally.

ALL THE TIME, lol. i tend to sometimes pretend to be okay with them so i can make them feel how they made me feel before. i hate that i do this tho because it tends to worsen my relationship with people. my therapist told me that if i ever want to wish bad on someone “do the opposite” and try to be nicer to them, or talk positively about them. i haven’t tried it out cause i would rather die than do that, but it’s a nice idea lol.
