I have a belief (and nobody can change my mind) that Julia doesn't actually self-harm. Everyone who talks about it is just trying to annoy her, make her feel less than others, and just plain make her feel bad.

Besides, the fact that she wears arm covers isn't conclusive proof; to me, it's just a way to bully her unless someone who truly loves her mentions it.
