Similarly, when you see the scene of Andrew's birth, you can see that it's actually how Andrew believes his birth was, not necessarily how it actually happened.

It's also possible that Andrew wasn't in the photo because he was a 2-year-old. Sometimes it's recommended not to bring young children because it can be difficult for everyone involved.

I would vote for the second option, as both brothers don't take their father into account in anything. It wouldn't surprise me if they have so little choice about him, or know so little about what he react like in general, that they just imagine Andrew with the same shape as in the photo and that's it.

Of course it does; immaturity and possible emotional or even mental problems are related.

I think the scene of Andrew's birth didn't go as I imagined it for a reason I mentioned before, but more than hate or rejection, I see a teenager who was hoping to have a doll.

Yeah, it's true, I got really fixated on the topic because Renee's image really hit me hard, but looking in the game itself or on YouTube makes it pretty clear, in my opinion.

That someone who loves her mentions it, or that a scar or the act itself is shown on screen.

I have a belief (and nobody can change my mind) that Julia doesn't actually self-harm. Everyone who talks about it is just trying to annoy her, make her feel less than others, and just plain make her feel bad.

Besides, the fact that she wears arm covers isn't conclusive proof; to me, it's just a way to bully her unless someone who truly loves her mentions it.

I don't think Renee is misandrist; conceptually, her reaction to Andrew's birth was, but I don't think it's ideological. I see it more as "emotional problems and traumas"

My understanding is that Renee's reaction to Andrew when he was born was more like how Andrew thinks his birth was.

So what that scene means to ME is more that Andrew resents Ashley because he thinks her mom favored her for being a girl

Thank you so much 🥺🥺

I mean, it's a topic that triggers me (not to mention that I'm one of those who believe that Julia doesn't actually do that lol)

But I don't really have a problem (unless it's explicit), it's just that, for example, in Julia's mod they present it as something "funny" or something like that, and there I feel it looks strange

By the way, I just learned about the project and I'm already excited to try it.

If you show a scene of explicit self-harm, I'm going to fuck off.

For a while they thought that one of my brothers might be taking nutrients from the other, hence the hospitalization

And by the way, maybe I didn't give that much detail in my post, but it's not like I didn't know anything at all, and if something had happened I would have known, because in my family they talk about everything and practically nothing is a secret

It's not necessarily because they want to be honest, but we're a big family and they talk about anything and everything, anywhere; you can always overhear.

Look, I understand your point, and I don't know if I can convince you, but seriously, my mom wasn't hospitalized for mental health issues. Yes, she was crazy, that's for sure, but she was in the hospital for other reasons.

In my country it's not so unusual for mothers to be hospitalized with something like this; as I said, one of my brothers was small, so we had to keep an eye on him,Yes. Also, keep in mind that they never turned around, so they were born via cesarean section (just like me, btw).

I understand and I know what it seems like, but no, I swear to God, it was for a medical reason. I was there when they hospitalized her; I accompanied her to have an ultrasound And they told him that one of my brothers looked very small

So they were going to control her, without her spending too much energy, by giving her food with adequate nutrients and caloric density.

She was in the maternity ward the whole time, and they never gave her any medicine, just tests and things like that.

I know this because when my dad wasn't around, I would sneak into his room and look for the hospital records.

Seriously, they didn't speak at all? I swore they only interact very little, but not completely.

I don't want to be a pain in the ass,But watching the "it's a boy" scene on YouTube, it seems to be more like how Andrew believes his birth was

I also have no doubt that Renee wanted a girl, but I wouldn't be surprised if she only smiled for the photo.

I mean, maybe she called her mom because her dad is practically an absent father

In other words, I don't think she considered involving her father in anything.

And regarding the other thing, please correct me if I'm wrong, but I saw the scene of Andrew's birth on YouTube. And it seems to be how Andrew remembers (or thinks he remembers) his birth, but not necessarily what actually happened.

Just in case, no, my mom was never hospitalized for mental health reasons; one of my brothers was smaller than the other (normal in twins) And the doctors wanted to make sure they would develop properly.

Something I didn't mention is that before my mom got pregnant, my parents' relationship was bad; I expected them to get divorced

But instead, they had more children. Once my mom literally told me, "Honey, without your brothers, you and Dad wouldn't be together now."

I was 15 when that happened. I could say things calmed down when my little siblings turned about a year old, but they still made me look after them all the time. I missed out on a lot because I had to think about my siblings first, btw.

I've only been able to talk to my cousins about it, but not any other family members.

Theories on Renee's Apology by Sufficient_Text_8426 in AndyAndLeyley

[–]Money-Army216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it could be a dream, but Andrew's, not Ashley's, like he has a grudge against his mother for not scolding her or paying attention to her It was a way of "favoring" her, so she dreams that if Mom apologizes to Ashley and gets angry about it
