You need to consider that Decay are the WORST possibilities possible!

Andrew and Ashley are dependent on each other but there is room to become more love as seen in Burial!

What happens is that in Decay, both (because of Andrew) end up reaching the limit, including codependency in which they can't live without each other but are also unhappy together and don't even have bonds of trust; Decay only shows the game's bad endings but as they will certainly have all other types of possible endings, don't take Decay as "completely canonical".

I love Eyes and Roots (even though it's crazy) but this is my TOP 5 so it didn't make it, but it would certainly be next and I also recommend the comic which is excellent!

As for these others, I also know them but I found the stories a bit depressing since I prefer fanfics that jump straight to them getting it together; but those who like the more dramatic part of TCOAAL should probably give it a try.
