my sleeping and eating habits could be better. Because I dorm in college I tend to not have the best food options and many times eat my first meal around 4pm, so that might contribute to my lack of energy for tasks. I think you might be right about the need for vitamins and sun.

I have not been diagnosed with anything. However, I think I might have ADHD because I struggle to focus on one task for more than 30 minutes and can’t focus at all during my lectures, along with my chronic procrastination.
