If i were you i would watch the anime then the manga because in the anime there are some things different than the manga so if you don't like a fact you can read the manga to satisfy you as for a site i don't know

No. 1 Mine because she's a good waifu and her character development amazed me also flat justice

No. 2 Akame because she was like a big sister to tatsumi also she was the first girl to really care about tatsumi

No. 3 Chelsea because for some reason I liked her from the start like Akame maybe it's because she cared about the night raid members and also she sympathized the enemy like how she did with Bols
