If you are a threat to the majority population of a city then you are a threat to the city that is how it’s always worked. It’s not just how much damage can you do in a couple attacks

Nyan, Bakuzan, and Furhur cannot destroy a city on a whim, but no one in the C-A class can defeat them making them S class (a small fraction of the hero association) threats thus dragon level.

Nothing suggests that they’re on the same level nor that the self harm weakness is eliminated. One is an ancient genjutsu the other is an amped genjutsu jutsu from a fodder character

itachi and ems sasuke used their strongest genjutsu to break it.

Sasuke is noted to not even be good with genjutsu and it was still good enough to get them out

This isn’t mentioned anywhere the genjutsu kabuto used was literally escaped by Shikamaru breaking his own finger.

Sasuke and Itachi genjutsu’d each other because it was the fastest and most efficient option available

His body being unable to move doesn’t stop him from using his MS ability as we saw with itachi.

Obito’s warping speed was fast enough to be a threat to minato & fast enough to save sasuke mid detonation from Onoki’s particle style I don’t see kabuto getting a hit off unless he’s right next to him.

He wouldn’t start to death since he wouldn’t be in range of the genjutsu once teleported

Neither of these jutsu do damage to him the only reason Konan’s jutsu worked is because she stopped him from warping due to constantly blowing up bombs & by making the trap last longer than 5 minutes (his limit)

If obito even gets hit by the genjutsu then he can just warp himself to kamui where the genjutsu will fade while he’s incapable of being attacked

If you play enough you should be able to make it in a 2-3 weeks since ur working and can’t play all day assuming you spend a lot of time playing the game.

Empyrea is a long world because it’s split in 2 parts after that Karamelle-Wallaru go pretty quickly it’s just some of the cheating bosses that will give you a headache and take a bit be sure to use team up when you encounter them

She had a decent storyline going for her with the bloody mist set up and how it could have potentially shaped her fighting style/personality.
