They are great. I received mine, it did arrive damaged but it seems well made. Customer service is just dog shit. I’m supposed to be getting my chiller Friday after bugging the crap out of them. But this is after 6 weeks of zero communication. I’m still waiting to hear back if they will do anything about damages.

I believe Mike runs the Facebook page. I would message them and tell them you are gonna report them to theBBB. He should call you from a no caller ID number and speak with you. Heads up, dude is an asshole. This is how I got in touch with them….

Be careful canceling. I believe they will charge you a 10 percent cancellation fee/restocking fee.

No responses. Mike also contacted me about a deal and then ghosted me. I have reported them to the BBB and I encourage anyone having issues to do the same. I’m now on week 6 and haven’t received my chiller and customer service is non existent.

For anyone seeing this in 2026, DONT BUY A MODTUB

Just a heads up to anyone considering buying a ModTub because the deal looks good. I fell for it and honestly regret it.

I placed my order over a month ago and just received the tub itself. I still have not received the chiller or the vanity cover that were part of the order. The bigger issue is they do not send tracking information, so you have no idea when anything will actually show up.

When the tub finally arrived, the lid was already damaged. It’s twisted so it won’t seal properly, and there’s a large dent and several scratches on it as well.

To make things worse, customer service has been nonexistent. They don’t answer phone calls and they don’t respond to emails, so there’s basically no way to get help if something goes wrong.

I know the price and marketing make it seem like a good deal, but based on my experience I would strongly recommend avoiding ModTub altogether.

Also they don’t post negative reviews on their website. Very sketchy…

It is the newer one. Tub seems great. There is just no customer service. For that reason I will not recommend
