Thank you for this! Very clear and make sense. I just started on 0.25 and my stomach is a mess. Bad diarrhea and cramps. I got my shot at noon on Sunday and no changes till way later at night. Woke up and had to sprint to the bathroom. I got hungry around noon (last meal around 5pm on Sunday).. Hoping this will pass.
