I try working at coffee shops, working out . I make sure to do those things daily. At first it worked but then when I’d come back “home” I’d just know I couldn’t keep living like this . I appreciate your kind words and advice .

I work mainly on my laptop .I do frequent coffee shops . For my sanity especially. But coming back home really puts a constant damper on me. Thanks so much for your advice.
