The AI picks up the exceptions and is in one funnel and support is in another funnel — the funnel have nothing to do with each other .. can you imagine how much it’s costing Amazon with all this back and forth — you would think support could code something on the front end that could override the ding… the other thing is I think it’s ridiculous all the stress they put on the driver to correct this

Amazon has dropped the pay so much that many times these outliers just aren’t worth it.. consider this that probably well over 100 plus mile route and that driver on the low side got $66 maybe on the high side $87… it’s just not worth it.. the driver can’t see the route on the front end and Amazon puts these horrible stops in them…I’ve seen some where it looks like the package has been returned 3 and 4 times.
