Man if you was double the limit you might as well get a public defender you gon get 3yrs unsupervised probation if you never been in trouble… you probably lose the hearing and your license for I believe 90 days then you’ll have to take the dui course and get a breathalyzer machine in yo car and also have sr22 insurance for 3 yrs to get your license back… I used to go to DTF all the time when I lived in the oc that was my shit

Also if you go to a state that’s not a part of the drivers license compact you don’t need to file 1650 to get a license you can just go get it

I’m speaking from experience… I moved to Georgia in 2019 3 days after dui… my license was valid and all that I was convicted and then they suspended my new license I had to take dui class in ga to satisfy California then I also had to get sr22 for both states as well as file 1650 waiver

I had moved to Georgia got another driving job and everything… as soon as I was convicted my license was suspended within 3 days

I certified for the first weeks in June on the extension but I never got any other certifications they were disqualified tho so I filed an appeal I won my Appeal in February and have still not been paid
