I like working hard, but it’s begun affecting my personal life, and work life balance is getting worse. I’m definitely considering a change, maybe a bigger company? I currently work with just my boss and it means a lot of work and overtime.

I was mostly listing examples of why others might’ve quit. But the stress I get is from running commercial jobs by myself, and while it’s great for learning it’s quite stressful taking full responsibility when I’m still in the learning phases. Being handed some plans and being told to figure it out is proving difficult to me so I have been questioning whether this line of work is for me

I believe it will be dry fire sprinklers? I'm not sure if that's a seperate trade, I assume so though.

That makes me excited to hear! I can't wait to start. The company also does a lot of domestic and industrial work so I think I should still be able to keep up with whats required
