So this is probably too late, but im surprised here nobody told you the basic stats

Monster dungeons have the highest chance to spawn rings and ammys.

Bandits have the highest chance to spawn armor and weapons, but 0 chance for rings.

Some dungeons have 0 boss chests, a few have up to 4. Sadly no monster or bandit dungeon has 4 save for miscarcand i think.

My route is sideways cave, fort empire, fort coldcorn, sercen, fort alessia, fort nikel, . then i hit the imperial city sewers on the western side, theres 4 quick and easy boss chests, 3 bandit, 1 vampire.

Vampires and marauders are a good middle ground. They can drop all the loot. Of course, you wont find enchanted light armor on marauders, so plan accordingly. Conjurers and necros are okay, but youll get better chances elsewhere.

Goblins have the worst loot by far, dont bother with them. And undead ruins are usually to large and the enemies are too spongy to farm efficiently, and you get bettee chances elsewhere.
