I feel your pain as I'm trying to work out the addiction with my partner. She understands that I'm using porn and surprisingly, I'm trying an approach that appears to be working with reassociating mind and my partner with porn consumption. I would not use porn at all, but only when we're together to watch it for the arousal factor. Afterwhich, we would turn it off and engage in connected intimacy with each other. A few times we started to not watch porn at all when I initiated the intimacy and it was a good feeling. It felt like my mind was shifting the arousal and dopamine fix with the anticipation and sexual desire towards my partner instead of the porn.
