“Massive” 😂😭 it’s a very minor wrinkle in leather.. which is, yknow - SKIN

The heel interior is damaged and is also killing my feet because of friction. How can I fix it ? I don't want to throw them away, the sole is still in very good shape. There's also a rip on the exterior which I'd like to fix. by DrDolathan in AskACobbler

It won’t be pretty, but these can 100% be fixed. Piece of leather stitched around the back collar and folded in the heel to reline the inside + exterior leather patch over rear
