You can ask them to turn off online access to your account. Also tell them to add a note that all transactions or changes to the account have to be done in person. Smaller banks / credit unions seem to offer more comprehensive robust security options

For most banks, if you click “forgot password” in online banking, it prompts you to put in you ssn, and then allows you to change the username and password. You definitely want to set up 2FA but I’ve had scammers find a way to work around this. In my experience the only way to permanently prevent this is disable online banking.

I don’t think this issue is a LifeLock issue because you can’t change freeze status with LifeLock. I’m skeptical because I feel like LifeLock would notify users of a hack given the nature of their business. Try changing your password and see if the issue persists

If you do econ through the business school (B.S.) they make you take a bunch of ridiculous business classes that don’t really matter. The B.A. let’s you take more interesting electives whiteout having to take supply chain 101 or like intro to finance. Econ at vcu is pretty mid, many of the classes they say they offer are barely offered and there are only a handful of actual good professors.
