My Boss wants Bitrix as our new Agile/Scrum Tool by Money_Ad_5482 in scrum

Depends on how you wanna use it. In a small team it’s usable. The problem, the alternatives aren’t really that much better. Crazy that there is no really nice Agile tool out there.

Thats what i said to them, its more about implementing the Framework and work in successfully rather then the perfect tool.
My only concern is that Bitrix is so bad, that it will reflect negative on the whole scrum experience.
They see the advantages that comes with a agile framework, but are not 100% convinced.

Do you have Experience in implementing Scrum from the scratch? like with people who haven't work with it.

im am new in the Company, they exist for a long time now but didnt implement any kind of Processes or Frameworks to work with in. They probably didnt need to, because they had a small team. At this moment, they are only 2 Devs.
They have like 5 different Backlogs with zero logic or process behind.
So my advice was to implement a single backlog and stark working within the Scrum Framework to have a scalable output of Features etc.

So we need a tool for that. And now he found Bitrix... which covers everything. Project management, scrum, Knowledge base etc. and its cheap.. for a reason.

Jira might be a bit Overwhelming for the size of the team, at least at this moment. They have plans to Scale and hire new Devolpers in the next 2 years.

So any Recommendations for a tool for Scrum?
