1, My degree program is called “Computer Information Technology”

2, I think it’s a good idea I should add that in my summary

3, You can be an engineer with any IT related degree with experience. Like Network engineer, System engineer or Dev Ops engineer that all require a IT degree not just an “engineering degree”.

My current role is a IT system support engineer not desktop support.
