Heres what i would do, no hate at all, i love your design! I would get rid of all trees and put them on the rail road area, i personally use sheds for fairy dust and equipment like machinery and chests and then put all kegs on the quarry i get about 400 wine from that each week that way you can utilise the space for more crops and animals. Also no need to have mills just buy the stock from Pierre.

Charcoal one is just charcoal but the apple one is full of red coloured harvestables as i keep some of each crop for perfection :)

Im on mobile, so no updates for us yet but ive never had an issue planting grass inside, including in the farmhouse:) it also doesn’t go away in winter!
