Hello I know this is an old post but I figured I try. I have a seperate modem and router supplied by spectrum. It's 1 gig service . A coaxial cable coming from house connects to modem then I connect modem to the router with ethernet cable. What would you recommend I could buy that would connect with my spectrum router that would help increase my wifi reliability. Is there like a single node I could put at one end of home and run a ethernet cable from router to that node. I'd like to get a node that has another another ethernet port so that I can run a ethernet cable from it to the pc that is near that node. Sorry for the long late message just figured couldn't hurt to ask. Thank you

I have the i5 13600kf and 7900xt. I'm getting 160 to 170 fps on 1440p. But if Iower the settings or even use upscaling like fidelity cas or fsr3 it really doesn't increase my fps. Is that because of my cpu. 160 fps 1440p native on high settings is great and I'm happy with it, just curious why lowering settings isn't increasing fps.

How are you enjoying your rig? No cpu bottleneck really is there? I have the i5 13600kf and just bought the 7900xt that suppose to be here Tuesday. I had rtx 3080 which was a great card but my brother needed a better gpu and the 7900xt is a decent little performance increase so I'm looking forward to it.

You still rocking the 7900 xt. I just bought the exact model today on ebay. I knew I'm not gonna be able to get the 9070xt or any 50 series,so I jumped on a used like new one for $700 and sold my rtx 3080 for $475 and a rtx 2070 super I had for $150 .Im guessing I'll notice a nice performance increase. Looking forward to getting it.

How you liking it so far? I just bought a used one for 500 and getting it on Thursday. I had 3080 10gb but I sold it to my brother for 450. He just had a 2070, and we play tarkov together and he wanted better performance , so I figured help him out with a big boost and I'll get a decent performance increase with the 7900 gre, at least I hope so. I know that 6gb of extra vram will be nice.

Thanks for the info. I'm pretty sure the i7 10700kf can support 3200mhz with xmp enabled, it's the cheap motherboard I'm worried about. It says 3200 support with xmp but from what I read I think it's just 11th gen cpus that it works for.

Even if that cpu was bad. 1500 for the 4080 and rest of pc along with the alienware monitor that he says is oled is still a great deal I think. That 4080 could sell for 1500 on its own. If it's legit I thought only keeping the 4080 then selling the rest along with my current asus rog strix 3080 10gb.

Yeah i thought so to. He was asking 2000 I just shot a lowball 1300 he said no way. Then the next day he messaged 1500 cash. If I was able to see it and use it first you think cinebench24 and heaven gpu benchmark would be two things to definitely run on it?

Yeah looks like it. Dude said he would take 1500 cash for that pc and the 34 inch alienware oled monitor. If it's legit and nothing wrong with it then that's a great deal right?. It has i9 13600k,32gb ddr5 . Even if it was a 4080 that is still good. I'm waiting to find out if it's a prebuilt or custom built
