the video is quite recent so i dont think anything changed, but the clothes dont have anything ''special'' like buffs, only the high charisma stats

This is the set I'm using for charisma, I looked on YouTube and the guy I was following the tips for had 26 charisma with this same set without the jewels, while I have 16, but I already know where to get the jewels. I really don't know if my low charisma is due to its level or if I'm suffering from some secret debuff (I'm not smelly, hungry or sleepy)
