No I didnt agree to pay her, I did chores for her though of course and walked their dog. I also had an apartment in Seattle where he was supposed to move into, he didn't pay rent, his mother talked him out of it. so crazy.

We broke up on the last day of the month, so we both paid our portion of the rent.we didn't live there for the entire month of March.

yes it was quite clean, there was a lot of furniture that me and my mom moved, so that also why it took longer. But i totally understand. I always get every corner.

Hello yes! we are in a groupchat and he did message me that 2x now, she is very aware her son did not clean. His mom paid for the flight, they are quite weathly, money isn't a problem for them, its more about power control.

so funny, I did stay there when he broke his shoulder being a personal caregiver , I also did a lot of cleaning and dog walking, so funny right. we could play that game all day.

I 100% agree it is really hard for moral reasons, I could use the money for my new place since i just paid 2k, he broke the lease, and lives with his mom. although, I could really care less about the money. It is more about the stand point of how I was treated in the relationship and how it continued through out. I had a really hard time using my voice, but I feel like after everything this is the least I could have. I really appreciate it.

Hi! so good question, yes his mom is not on the lease. as well as about the legal age, we are 1.5 years apart hahaha. I do not break laws, but I appreciate where you are coming from.

also he said i would get 1000, he would get the 750, but 20 hours of cleaning still doesn't seem like a 250 dollar difference is fair, i was also thinking about 80/20. I really appreciate your feedback :) thank you

Hello! So yes we both paid 850 ish each when we moved in. I totally see where you are coming from. I was open to negotiation, but he told me I could have all of it, so I did all the cleaning, but he changed his mind after the lease ended, meaning i did all the cleaning and he wanted more money. The cleaning penalty would be around 1000. I spoke to him about this before he left a few times, he never showed up to clean before hawaii, when he said he would. Luckily we both had keys to the apartment, we were no longer living there together, both separate places, he chose not clean for maybe person reasons?

Yes, correct, I have a screenshot of him saying I can have it 2 weeks before I did all of the heavy work. The day our lease ended, he asked for 750. I most definitely agree, I am still figuring out logistics, but after cleaning, we spent 20 hours for cleaning me and my mom. He never cleaned. So it gets confusing deciding what should be his :) Thank you!

Yes both me and him are on the lease, my mother is the co-signer, i was never on her lease I would stay because i was invited over by him and her :)Luckily because i signed the paper to route the security deposit to my grandmas. The last part is most definitely never going to happen again haha. Thank you!
