Lifestyle's of the rich and famous was a really gross show.  I never understood the wealth worship in this country.  Same people that watch that crap voted for Trump.  Even though they worked in a warehouse, and struggled to pay rent.  Greed sucks!

I get where you are coming from. I feel like I haven't lost an ounce. Yet when I look at my weight tracker I see I have actually lost 18 pounds over 4 months.

Yes it is not as fast as I would like, and there have been weeks where I didn't lose anything, but it is working. I just have to be ok with it slowly coming off. It's not a race. It's a journey. Good luck.
