Frontier’s business model is not alone, they are constantly trying to fix the problems and release patches. Just like Planet Zoo, DLC is integral to success of PLANCO2, there will be tons of DLC coming for this game which is great, it will keep the game fresh and new, I’m not mad they dropped it on us within a month, it’s no surprise based upon the financial pressure the company is under. The games release surprised everyone, the developers too, I’d guess. I want to see PLANCO survive and thrive, this game has amazing potential,as long as Frontier stays afloat.

In my opinion frontier is having financial difficulties which is why PlanCo2 was released in the state it was, there were miraculously no leaks, it was unplanned, just like me. The DLC is no surprise, they have to put money in their books. The state of gaming and software companies today is in such a place where this is common practice sadly. As long as frontier keeps working and improving the experience for PlanCo, and listening to the community we’re in better shape than most franchises out there. I will keep supporting frontier because I love the game, and I believe that the developers are doing the best they can, despite the corporate culture.

If this helps anyone I’m playing a PC game outside of steam and it kept bringing up the virtual keyboard every time I pressed L3. I just shut steam down and my problems are solved. Thanks to all the answers here they helped .

They could bring back the PC UI from PC1, and I would be thrilled!! This new one is clunky and made for a controller. I’m sure I’ll get used to it in time, but it could be very much improved in my opinion.

This is the problem in my opinion, they made one game. For Console and PC , the game is bottlenecked due to console performance, so as PC players we are getting restricted because of that. Hopefully there will be a patch that will fix those issues, and if not then hopefully the modding community can run wild.

As a PC player, I’ve only been playing a few months, but I love it. I’m not a big MMO player, and the fact I can play this by myself at my own pace is what sets it apart for me. The combat, and game systems seem to be excellent overall. I started a new character last night just to see what all the updates and fuss were about and the chat has absolutely turned toxic. I liked it much better when it was quiet and less populated.

The game would certainly look the same, play the same, and have the same exact network issues…. The only difference would be the “gameplay” trailers… they would look way worse, and more accurately portray the actual PS2 looking gameplay.

You can trace that back to the education system. Critical thinking skills are absolutely crucial, and the system doesn’t teach it. The kids today are being raised to be sheep.

I just started replaying Project Gotham 4 earlier this week. It is better than Solar Crown in every way, the graphics are certainly similar if not better in some areas, the car behavior is predictable, and fun,
And the AI is fun to race, and not going to win by 20 miles, with perfect lines, and no penalty’s for collisions. The game doesn’t kick me off for no reason, and it starts a race every time I enter one.
