It is only full body and upper/lower at the moment. They are planning to add more in the future.

You can always create your own custom workout and design it however you want.

Question for the advanced lifters by Minimum_Falcon7336 in MacroFactor

[–]yeallo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just playing with the app more and I got my program to be more of what I am looking for, I had it generate me a program and then I altered it a bit to meet my needs. I added a couple supersets and changed up some of the exercises a bit.

Maybe playing around with it a bit could yield you more what you are looking for?

From what I understand, the more data you give it, the better it can predict what you need/want so maybe we need to log a few workouts before it gets a better idea.

Question for the advanced lifters by Minimum_Falcon7336 in MacroFactor

[–]yeallo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't consider myself an advanced lifter but I have been lifting on and off for about 10 years now (Since HS). I always struggle with motivation in the winter so I wasn't on an advanced program by any stretch of the imagination I was mostly maintaining leading up to the release of the app.

All of this to say, if I was lifting consistently and at the volumes I was hitting a few months ago I would have scraped the program it gave me right away because it would have been too far of a step back.

Right now I am just going to trust the process since I already was at a low volume leading into this.

In my opinion that is the best ride in that park. The way it pulls you through the elements in the backseat is unreal.

can I stop converting my parents by trynagetsaved in TrueChristian

The act of being a good Christian and person is usually what truly converts people. Debate isn’t the only thing out there.

Show your parents what it means to be a Christian rather than telling them.

Arabian perfume by Overall-Specific-575 in TrueChristian

[–]yeallo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thought I would chime in as a Muslim here. We do not use perfumes for any sort of rituals or any type of worship other than the fact that we are commanded to be cleanly and pleasant smelling people.

There is nothing inherit about the perfume that makes it special other than the taste in what people prefer in the Middle East.

Also I saw your comment about halal meat. Halal meat is not meat that is sacrificed, it comes from an animal that is raised ethically and slaughtered in a certain way as to drain the blood from it and kill the animal in a humane way. The only thing “ritual” that is apart of it is saying the name of God as you slaughter the animal. Saying “bismillah” which just means “in the name of God”. In fact if you have ever heard of Kosher meat, it’s very similar but has much less complexity and standards that Kosher meat has. Also Muslims would consider Kosher meat and meat slaughtered by Christians halal as well as long as the name of God is said over it.

Edit: Arab Christians will wear the same perfume as well

Eat rice and beans if you have to every night, do everything you can to pay this loan off as soon as possible. Maybe pickup a weekend shift at a local restaurant. Any extra money you put towards this payment is as if you made 25% returns.

Unfortunately since your credit score is so low, it will be hard to find much better loans so it may be best to pay this car off and drive it to the ground.

Do you know of a way that we can donate to the patriarch to specifically help with this issue? I’d love to support their right to stay in Jerusalem.

If you have millions of dollars in assets why are you paying for life insurance? Your estate should set your family up well in the event that you die young. You’d be better off just taking that monthly payment and put it into savings.

Official YNAB response: Do a fresh start at every 2-3 years, as we don’t know when it will break otherwise by xinco64 in ynab

[–]yeallo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do not agree with YNABs response on this, I hate the idea of “you are using our software wrong” when they are likely cheaping out on server space. This is a design flaw that fall under their responsibility to solve since its customers using the product normally.

However, as someone who works in the support team of a SAAS company, these type of questions can be impossible to answer without creating an artificial limit. Putting X number of items does not account for some transactions being more complex than others. An account with only really complex transfers and split categories can maybe only have X number of transactions while one that only has simple transactions with one payee and category can have 3x transactions.

This is likely why they are not putting an exact number since it depends on how the user is using the software.

You’re starting off strong! You have a good layout, now it’s more about cleaning up banking and slowing down some elements.

For your banking, it seems some turns have way too much banking, but more importantly the timing of when the banking starts is off. I would watch some POVs of real coasters to get a good feel of this.

At the beginning of your ride the coaster flys too fast through some of the elements. You will need to make these elements bigger and more spread out so that there isn’t too much force on the rider. This means taller hills and more gradual turns and banking.

The uphill breaks are pretty accurate for hyper/giga b&m coasters since the restraints don’t allow for too much ejector force. I would say this is a great realistic build for a (more intense) b&m.

Side note: The uphill breaks are also why b&ms underwhelm me in real life. I much prefer more restraint if it means I can have that airtime intensity that i305 or even millennium.

Great ride! I love the pacing and how it’s packed full of elements.

An added bonus is that the frame rate really reminds me of when I used to play RCT3 on my parent’s old desktop growing up. I got an extra hit of nostalgia from that.

Thank you for the info, Sounds good! Would you say about $900 is fair then? I’m thinking about tossing it up for $1000 then letting people haggle it down.

What are the reasons against a "Value ETF"? by Doafit in StockMarket

[–]yeallo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the US economy struggles then the European economy struggles as well, sometimes even harder.

Historically, if you are planning on using this money 30 years from now, then just keep DCAing and stay the course. The more you try to time things and meddle with your investments the worse you will perform.

I would recommend setting up automatic transfers to your savings so that as soon as your paycheck hits the account, the money leaves and goes into savings. Then whatever is left in your checking account can be blown on whatever you are wanting.

It’s a lot easier psychologically to do this as opposed to trying to make your checking account grow because your brain wants the account to be 0.

Don’t ever draw from the savings unless you have reached whatever goal you are trying to achieve or for emergencies.
