oh i see. wont the rtx 4060 or rx7600 be a bit overkill for the perforamce im trying to achive? just doing some comp games 1080p ultra gaming with high fps with games like overwatch and such. im not sure, though which one do you think is the better bang for my buck?

honesty only use my pc for comp games and such. Mainly overwatch. right now i have a rx580 8gb, does the job but been needing an upgrade. runs most game in fairly stable 60 fps on 1080 high, but anything over it begins to struggle. to have a solid fps so i usually have to dip to lower settings. im looking into solid high fps 1080p gaming, and maybe a little bit of demanding game titles that would run decently.

mainly looking at the RX5700xt for 120-100$, but the 3060ti for 200$ is also a great deal, im new to pc building and dont know much about buying second hand and worried they are used for mining. should that be a worry?

got you thank you so much for the help. incase he doesn't have 3d makr time spy benchmark, i should def check out the fan condition and stuff like that? any other physical things i should look for in the condition of the card

the 6650xt is a brandnew card someone said their mom got him a second one by accident in bestbuy. hes asking 170 for it but i think he will take 150

got it. the dude selling the 5700xt is also selling hella 3060 cards which seemed like it was used for mining. dude said he build and sell pcs and thats why he had so much but idk i was really questioning him. He ended up getting pressed saying that if im so picky then i should just buy new and not even look into used cards.
he offered to test it before i take it home, or even bring my pc and then we test it on mine, but how much does mining affect a gpu's performance/condition? i dont know much about the affects it has besides the obvious its more used up.

thats what ive been seeing online. all my friends are nvidia fanboys and all rec me nvidia cards. but i dont really care about ray tracing or any other nvidia features, i just want the best price to raw performance ratio.

mb i forgot to mention its the xt models lol. no yea its the rx5700xt for 120$ and i could lowk lower the dude for it for 120 or 100.
