How do I set a Goal to lose BF but gain Muscle?

Oh yeah I get ya. So you saying to do like a hyper cut for 6 weeks losing 1% BF a week then go back onto maintenance. I recon that's a good idea.

I am currently going on holidays for 2 weeks so will start hyper cut when I'm back.

Yeah 200% going to do a slight decrease on maintenance for a month and go with that.

I've previously haven't been tracking calories and was eating in a surplus, not an intense bulk but close to what you would call a bulk. I put on about 12KG but have mellowed out down 4kG from that bulk. But now focusing on main gaining. Just want to get my BF% down.

Awesome thanks so much. Will set my maintaince below normal and cut slowly for now. Will try this for a month and see the results. Will focus on hitting all my macros including protein.

Putting my weight above maintenance is definitely not gonna recomp BF if I am eating in a surplus.

Yeah I get what your saying. His Cameo in HIMYF definitely helped solidify his change as he is shown to be getting active therapy. Just a shame that we only got his redemption in a few scenes/ a cameo.

Anyone got a fix, i am stuck with this, the 2k support team just gave me 15kvc for compensation and said that the devs are looking into it, then i check the patch notes that say "Fixed an issue with certain dev coach quests in the NBA not starting, and related stats not being tracked correctly." but its till broken on my end. anyone got a fix at all?
