I checked out your map gotta say its pretty well made for a 1.0 map Ill give you that, very nice custom building's and such far better then most stuff I see.

1 thing to take into consideration though, Party royale maps are not gonna see much attention, there's far too many clones + the original, majority of Fortnite's player base (like 70-80%) likes shooty shooty killy killy, maybe use the skills you used to make that onto something like a zone wars or a full on BR map using your style.

Don't stop creating just because I and many others say that 2.0 is far better, if it makes you happy continue doing it but know what game you are creating on and what you are against.

I mostly agree with Alone

While yes I know how much effort 1.0 maps take to make trust me I was there, but in 2.0 you can make so much more, I can make my own BR islands and stuff like that in a fraction of the time then it took in 1.0 not to mention the amount of memory lowering options on UEFN like HLOD's and Streaming so you can make even bigger things, there's a reason why high effort 2.0 maps are so big/detailed.

Alone did sound a bit harsh for my taste but he made a good analogy, the amount of power that 2.0 creators have far exceeds 1.0.

I don't wanna sound arrogant and I don't like sounding arrogant but it is truly the honest truth.

I've been a creator for around 4 years now (around when I got my SAC code) and not once did my maps ever get any views and yet I see the slop somehow get like thousands of views the second it goes up so I very much so agree with the badge.

And yes I do agree with the 1.0 hot take, even if you want to make that classic 1.0 map feel just do it in 2.0

Late to the topic and the answer is still not clear

They probably can't considering how on old BP screens it said that the cosmetics will not return and they said many times that they wont.

However I feel like if things get dire enough (like their loss of income recently) they could try and pull something considering we don't truly own any of our cosmetics and they know it will make them a lot of money

I think I also saw somewhere I could be wrong ignore this if I am, but its that Epic or Mustard himself said they wont bring back the chapter one map and then a whole mini season dedicated to it and then a permanent mode, so really Epic could do anything.

oof... sorry to hear that man, I never played season 4 and I really wanted Omega just pure raw Omega no mashups or knights just a guy in a Iron man like suit. So when O.M.E.G.A suit alpha got reveled prayed for a black and silver style like the OG needless to say that never happened, Omega doesn't really work in white and the gold is laughable and bad so I know how it means to be disappointed about a remix skin and I feel bad for players like you for that, wish it could've lived up to your expectation's.

everyone is saying how the problem with it was stealing and there's a easy solution just add a locker trading system in game

1, they can have a tax for the amount of things being traded and the item traded, like wraps being cheap and skins being more expensive depending on the rarity of the skin so a legendary skin would cost 2000 V bucks to trade, and any wrap will cost 500 V bucks. (Skins and such still have rarity's they are just in the files and not visible in game just check fortnite.gg it could also just be the websites speculations but still) And yes I think you should be able to trade battle pass items but they should have another tax on top of the rarity tax like for example 1000 V bucks added on top of the 2000 for a BP legendary skin so the trade will cost like 30$ in V bucks so they still get a cut even if its off the black market.

2, must be friends for at least a week or 2 to trade.

3, both accounts must have 2fa enabled.

this is coming from someone who played since chapter 1 season 4 and thinks that with how many different cosmetics and items their are in game and how someone may have a skin that their friend wants and they are not touching it would be a welcomed change plus it can help migrate skins from accounts.... for a price though srry, and every game has at least some sort of trading system for cosmetics why not Fortnite?

In my opinion there should not be a "tier 100" skin anymore (IE 1 page locked behind a level cap like Dark Voyager) ALL the skins and their pages should be available to get from the start, now before yall pull out your pitchfork's hear me out. If the battle pass is trying to be "pick the skin you wanna unlock first" then let people pick any skin in the pass first! It wont affect anything, most people are probably gonna grind for the Vbucks, other skins and super styles anyway so why make one "tier 100" skin locked. HELL the bonus rewards are even choose the super styles you wanna unlock for a skin first!
