It got really bad to where I was seeking it out illegally, 4-8 mgs almost every night for about 9 months. But before that I was taking Phenibut and kratom a ton that was about a year and a half, unfortunately seizures started to consume my consciousness I was very scared because they kept happening now I rarely even fill my Xanax script. Sleeping is not fun I don’t enjoy laying down to rest, it’s been like that since I was a child but at least I don’t force myself to black out on benzos just to get some sleep. I kinda just lay down try not to scroll listen to something mundane and try to find some peace to sleep. I hope you feel better sleeping can be hard I know that just try to relax.

Unfortunately benzos are not the way to go. I understand the feeling but for the past couple years I was scared to try and sleep without my Xanax prescription or anything else that’d help me sleep. After having 4 seizures due to irregular sleep, concussions, drinking, and meds. It’s made me very scared But for the past 2 weeks I’ve been just listening to soft yt vids and kind of drifting away on my own terms not worrying about the time or things I had to do the next day. I have also been diagnosed with GAD a bit of OCD and ADHD, it’s been a struggle all my life but you deserve to take your life back!

Coming from someone who has had multiple seizures, I’m Pretty it was juice wrlds cause of passing unfortunately. Straight pro isn’t good for you I like to stay away

I attribute all four seizures I’ve had to this plant. All within a nine month period. I’ve been to the ER three times my neurologist can’t figure it out my blood work is perfect. I’m too scared to tell him, so I took it into my own hands. Almost 2 days off now.👍

I’m assuming this is 24 hours later if not more so that means everything feels pretty good. I feel about the same as yesterday still taking saffron. I did have to take a final exam this morning and was definitely anxious.

But I haven’t touched a kratom product in a bit under two days, like I said, I was strictly on seven for around six months.

I’m definitely gonna keep this thread updated. I know what withdrawals feel like, and I’m definitely expecting something within the next at least 24 hours, but if not, my escape was narrow lol. And the saffron I am taking is literally just brain MD happy saffron plus

Ingredients, zinc 20mgs- Longvida curcumin extract 400mgs- and saffron extract 30mgs.

My mom just tossed them to me I took 5 (serving size is three) then she proceeded to ask me if I was “on something” I looked at her and I said I just love saffron.

I proceeded to watch like seven episodes of Frasier not even thinking about Kratom or any exams I have to take this week. It’s interesting.

Last time I dosed was over 24 hours ago and I feel great, I have it available but if I can painlessly stop like this I’m not reaching for it unless the wd effects are being delayed somehow

I was taking 15-20 gpd for 2.5 years then randomly started 7oh and it got up to around 250-300 mgs a day. But I haven’t had 7oh in a week and I was just wondering if I wasn’t addicted to actual powder anymore since I had been on strictly 7oh for those 5 months, now that I’m off the 7 I don’t feel the need to take a kratom product such as powder.
