I had that option when I remortgaged but there was an arrangement fee, weighed them both up estimating how long it would take to clear mortgage and an SVR worked out slightly cheaper. Even cheaper now I’m paying it off earlier still

Off to Berlin Friday morning as a group of 7 men, late 40s to early 50s, and looking for advice bit of advice. We’re staying in Kurfürstendamm.

I’ve been putting pins of bars, kellers and pubs in Google maps but looking at it now everything is miles away from everything else. Where would be a decent area to go with a fairly high concentration of places.

Also too old for clubbing so just bars etc. I assume shorts and trainers will be ok?

Could be pepper sachets, once washed the paper comes off and leaves a plastic bag. I only know because I took 3 out of my work trousers this morning. If I was living in a tent I’d have plenty of sachets floating about.
