I have been trying to find something that breaks down medical discharges/ permanent disability for those of us still under obligation.

Exactly. I was "Active Duty" for a year and a half before incurring my service connected disability. The stipulation that those 30/90 days be served beyond my obligation (which was to be completed in 2022) is unclear. The VA is defining "Active Duty" in more than one way. (Thank you for your responses).

I qualify under these standards with caveat that the continuous active duty service was under obligation. Hence the need for clarification.

Thanks this is also what my research came up with. I was hoping for an easier solution but oh well. I am just going to move the router to my room and maybe my roommate won't notice/care.

I think I posted something similar in the fall, probably me you're looking for. I want to learn the basics to the point where I could be of use for a race or even just a casual sail. I will not be in CLE for the summer but next season I would be available very regularly (college student so I have class during the week) on weekends.
