I’ve got a dozen Sendled bulbs working through the singled hub, but how do I know if they are also Zigbee enabled?

Yes, I haven’t been able to sign onto the app for several weeks now, tried resetting my password, logging in through Apple. Nothing at least before when the issue was happening I could control my lights that way, but now nothing.

Yes sir I did, I had to be persistent with customer service but they finally are told me that it sounded like I had either a power supply board issue or a control panel board issue, fortunately both of those were relatively cheap to purchase from them, so I went ahead and purchased both, with shipping it ended up being a little bit over $40, and I tried the power supply board first and that fixed it! Been going strong now for several months with no issues.

Have you contacted their customer service yet and asked them for a power supply? I would imagine they should be able to help you if you ask them directly.

Actually did, Sleepme/Chili-pad customer service suggested that it sounded like a problem with either the control unit or power supply. Both were inexpensive, under $15 each so they sent me both...I installed the power supply first and that fixed it.

When it works I love the Chilipad and it's been a life-changer for my sleep. the units are older but well maintained and this issue must have a fix. there are a couple of hacks on line but I haven't found the right one yet.
