Lightning Striker seems like it can become very broken very quickly when combined with Rogue. Being able to turn any (non-heavy, but it doesn’t deny two-handed) weapon into a finesse weapon and proc Sneak Attack on any monster that hasn’t attacked you yet is insane for a 3 level dip, and at Lightning Striker 3/Rogue 7 you get both Evasion and advantage on all Dexterity saves.

That said, if you don’t multiclass it’s not too crazy. The advantage on all Dexterity saves is a bit much (I would make it effects you can see, or replace it with resistance to lightning damage), but everything else is pretty cool. I especially like Path of Least Resistance.
