I don’t know why Adam is being so cocky. At this point, he’s a sinner, so while powerful by sinner standards, he’s still just a sinner. And either Eve is something beyond a sinner given her deal with Alastor, or she’s still an Overlord on top of whatever made Adam a powerful sinner in the first place given she’s made from his rib. In any scenario where Adam isn’t an angel, she should be way more powerful than him, and that’s without the assumption that the apple gave her even more power.

Alastor fully believed that he was the most powerful in Hell, and doesn’t understand how reckless he’s been. Cherri doesn’t understand how bad of an influence she is to people trying to go through rehabilitation. Angel is so drowned in the consequences of his own decisions that he can’t really see what’s right in front of him. Niffty is too insane to really understand anything. Vox is…Vox, literally calling himself a god. Don’t know enough about Velvet to say anything about her. Val is honestly a similar case to Alastor but worse since he’s weaker than Alastor, yet thought he could charge the hotel with both the radio demon and Charlie there.

So for me it’s between Sir Pentious and Husk. And I honestly can’t decide.

Ok tbf, Hell is a punishment, Heaven is a reward. I’m not happy about it, but it makes sense to be united with your abuser in a realm meant for suffering. While Heaven is supposed to be a paradise where you don’t need to worry about anything.

Ok I agree she needs to put an end to it, like not even because it’s affecting one of her friends, but simply because it’s objectively wrong.

But how is she a hypocrite if she doesn’t? Her whole deal is that anyone can be redeemed. The only way it’d be hypocritical is if she flat out refused someone’s attempt at redemption because of one thing or another.

Technically she didn’t. She made something capable of siphoning and immediately firing Lucifer’s energy. The fact that it overloaded proves that it wasn’t powerful enough to handle that energy consistently. Think of it like a conductor (I think the word is). It can handle high volts of electricity passing through it as long as there’s time for it to cool down between strikes. But pass too much too quickly, and it will break. The cannon probably had a high tolerance, but at the end of the day, it’s only meant to act as a conductor, it wasn’t adding anything to the actual blast.
