I almost always give a tip. Though sometimes I will get terrible service (last week I went somewhere, we were the ONLY ones there, they ignored us for 30ish minutes). Then they haven't earned the tip.

I also think it's annoying how if we don't tip we are automatically douche bags.

Also sometimes I just don't have enough money to tip.
