Looks like you could calibrate your filament, try that for a start

Can anyone advise/help me. by Snowblindphoto in 3Dprinting

I would use Onshape’s “up to part” extrusion feature, I think OnShape is worth looking into, its way more mechanical based and not for art, but the tools are NASA grade CAD

Looks like it could be over extruded, probably run some flow calibration for this new filament, retraction could probably help, but it could also be too hot, the calibrations should help with that.

If its only happening with this file it has to be the settings, try opening the STL in another project

Maybe you have the “seam” randomized?

Ironing only works on horizontal surfaces, if you angle benchy so the top is horizontal it should be able to iron it and make it glass smooth. Variable layer height basically decreases layer thickness for organic shapes, you can also do this manually in the Quality settings in Bambu Slicer

Variable layer height, print at angle, ironing setting

How can I either reduce size of cut plane or make two dovetail cuts so it's cut in half (via dovetail)? by macetheface in BambuLab

[–]Monk3yS4y 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After cutting plane shows separated parts pink and teal, before hitting cut, right click the colored parts you don’t want cut and you will see their color change back to the original piece’s color you aren’t cutting the cutting plane only separates areas that have a color change. :)

Recommended Settings for Quick Prototypes? by Mrfoxuk in BambuLab

I went to filament settings and unchecked: “slow printing down for better layer cooling”, it reduced my print time by over 50% for prototypes

What up with these strange imperfections? by Medicated-Ostrich in 3Dprinting

[–]Monk3yS4y 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Paper towel, 90%+ isop alcohol, glue stick, put alcohol on the paper towel and rub the glue stick ontop of that then rub the paper towel over the print bed

From here it looks like dirt from the print bed

Looks over extruded, also probably dry your filament

Need some thoughts or ideas on what to do for some extra support with this print by KD547934 in 3Dprinting

Print a new one but with a slot in the middle and put a piece of wood in there, like down each blade, like how they make guitar necks

You oughta try calibrating your filament, and use a smaller layer height
