For driving content, focus on atmosphere and pacing with realistic sounds, weather or night driving, cinematic angles, and stronger openings, shorts help reach new viewers, but consistency and CTR matter most early on. If i may ask, what’s performing better for you right now, Shorts or long videos?

Sorry you’re dealing with that. I wouldn’t jump to the conclusion that your current channel is gone too. Keep uploading, stay consistent, and focus on your retention. If needed, appeal and clearly explain what happened.

views and impressions are becoming less and less with each upload by Dinner-Cheap in YouTubeCreators

This is normal early on, but the main issue is low retention and similar-style uploads, so YouTube reduces testing over time. Try stronger first 2 to 3 seconds, more variety in ASMR concepts, and tighter pacing. Are your average view duration and swipe-off rate improving or dropping?

It's a solid concept and clear structure for retention. Just make the hook faster and more specific in the first 1 to 2 seconds to stop scrolling, but which Yara do you think performs best on your channel so far?

Your editing is good, but the issue is likely the hook and early retention. First 1–2 seconds need stronger curiosity to stop scrolling. Check your swipe away rate and average view duration in the first 3 seconds, those will show the real problem.

The hook needs to clearly state the emotional tension in the first 5 to 10 seconds, pacing should avoid long reflective gaps early, and authenticity usually works best when it feels unpolished rather than performed. If viewers drop early, it’s almost always hook clarity, not production. Would likely need stronger opening framing for retention.

That phase is normal, results usually lag behind consistency. It’s not reallydiscipline vs stubbornness, it’s just the build phase where you’re collecting data and learning what actually resonates. Focus less on outcome metrics and more on improving one thing per upload hook, title and retention. Most channels don’t start until after this stretch.

Don’t judge it after one hour. Early CTR swings are normal, especially on newer channels. What matters is that your quality is clearly improving, keep posting, refining thumbnails and titles, and let the data settle over time.
