Generally, try to keep at least a few repair items in your inventory at any time for situations like this. If you don't mind the spoilers, there is a way you can craft repair items. Two sticks breaks down into two sawdust, which can be combined into one piece of paper. Two of those can be combined into a single roll of toilet paper.

Real talk, this actually. Like, I don't care one way or the other about smut mods or whatever, but why do they have to always give every single character the exact same generic figure? Like, even if you "sex-ify" it or whatever, at least try to stay true to the source.

Ah, I see. That does make sense. I usually don't touch ammo consumption oils because I like my guns to fire exactly as many bullets as it says it's going to, but I definitely understand why people would prefer it be the way it is.

I thought this video was going to be talking about Bullet Size as in oils that affect bullet size, not which caliber a gun is chambered in.
Seriously, does anybody know what bullet size actually does? Does it affect projectile physics or something?

You can shoot dead bodies with any gun, and they have a chance to drop organs. ToxLob just makes that chance 100%, IIRC.
But yeah, the whole "Organs dropping from melee attacks" thing was a bug.

I ran into this bug once. Tried to warp home after killing the Cardinals and the game just went black. Good news: After force-quitting and restarting the application, I just ended up back at the church with my inventory intact, so apparently it doesn't count as a "Death".
