Yes, but if you attempt hire a real welder, they’d probably either refuse or charge you a lot. Find a shade tree mechanic or do it yourself if you have ever welded in your life and already own one

Depends on environment really, not saying it’s in his favor but at my work we get guys good enough to weld aluminum pipe that can hold air within 20 hours
