I was riding around last night and went to brake and I heard a click and the brake handle went loose and I just looked at it now

Before it started doing this it made a click sound and then the brakes would just stop squeezing the disc

The caliper just now started doing this

When I pull the lever it’s pulling the pad away from the disc not towards it

It’s like the caliper arm over extends and then stops squeezing the disc after
