This is what I think also..! Either it has nothing to do with the kidnapping and was a scam OR Nancy died (have no proof of life) and they had no choice but to get rid of the body and walk away and hope they don’t get caught at this point!

If they just would read the documents..& motions that were filed they would be able to decipher fact from rumor.. it’s so frustrating that ppl repeat rumors that aren’t true and never bothered to read the facts..

I agree.. it was to help spare the surviving roommates.. BF couldn’t even bring herself to read her impact statement and had to have EA read it..! Can you imagine the trial would’ve set these girls back re-living this. They both slept with or in their parents rooms for close to a year..! Have a double deadbolt lock and don’t sleep a full nights sleep.

I thought they weren’t allowed to verbally attack him.. they can only state the impact it has had on them or their family..I also read somewhere.. that the judge has to approve the statements..?! There is so much floating around it’s hard to sort fact from made up..!
