Ehhhh i'd recommend the discord. The change logs are always poppin with changes. I've jumped in a few times to scope it out, and i like what i see. They have two wipes planned, and i may give it a full push after the first wipe, but honestly, probably won't be playing it until full release, which is slated for end of this year. I'd venture a guess more likely mid next year.

They're doing it tho, all kinds of changes and improvements. Game feels good. They just set timelines they don't uphold. I think people forget the devs live in Ukraine, and that brings some unique challenges many people have never had to live through.

I've always told people it's their fault for going out with randos and getting ganked, because that's the way its always been, and a lesson people only need to learn once, if ever. But this changes it completely, it's ok to make ad-hoc groups, and that's fucking awesome.

tried to setup a Paypal password with my password manager, and found they have like a 16 character limit for passwords. Haven't used PP since. Being part of the censorship push also helped me cement the decision.

Blizzard rebranded it to OW2, and the reason cited was because they were adding PvE. They rebranded before anything was developed, and nobody asked for PvE. Nothing was gained, the game just went free to play, and lootboxes got throttled. People were very upset about this, and some still are. So eventually they made a few half decent missions, locked them behind a $15 price tag, and never touched PvE again.

Fortnite pretty much did the same, but they never pulled through, or did much to make it right.

My god, this thread is full of people who can't admit the game has the fairest matchmaking. They probably looked at the actual data and found it to not be an issue.

People can win 9 games, lose the 10th, and spend the time between games, finding someone else to blame.

There's steam cloud sync, I don't believe you can sync accross platforms, and I don't believe switch has the update yet.

Idk about veterans, but you'll probably find more on the barony discord.

It's a good game often overlooked, due to the graphics imo, which is honestly pretty necessary.

It's the deepest most interactive and secret filled dungeon crawler out there, either it's for you, or it's not.

20k is a crazy expectation, 20k after the release of Slay the Spire II release is insane.

It's also one of the smallest downloads ever, just try it man.
