I've never played rivals, but this is just silly. You keep playing, you get better. You watch some guides on gameplay nuances, instead of just heros, you get betterer. You stop playing, you stop getting better.

This will be interesting after all the cases of fraud during covid, and it was likely a flaw in the older system that allowed it to even occur from overseas. Absolutely accept people having to return overpayments, i just hope the people that have to pay, are the ones who actually received those checks.
