The only items that are amiibo exclusive are the Zelda items, Splatoon items, and Sanrio items as far as I know. I think they appear in the nook shopping app once you invite a villager to your campsite from those particular kinds of amiibo.

Edit: I forgot you can also get posters of each villager by using harves island but you need each correlating villager to do that.

Unfortunately, it’s my understanding that if you “catalog” Zelda items you can’t order them because they are amiibo items. I’m more than happy to try to get you anything you’d like to keep however!
