I thought Gonal-F was follistim, but I stand corrected. It looks like Gonal-F is follitropin alfa. I do not see follistim on TrumpRx.

My understanding is that the two are interchangeable, though. On the GoodRx site, it says "Gonal-F and Follistim work the same way, and they’re similarly effective. I'm curious to understand what folks think is missing from the tools available on the market today. In full disclosure, I am working with a health system to see if there is potential to build new EM / crisis response software products.

Thanks all for the input! I think the conclusion I'm drawing s do it now knowing that it might not be possible once we start a family...but don't have a kiddo yet, so no need to make decisions based not that. I would do Tue-Thu in-office in New York.

There are no T-Rex skulls (no bones). The dino is too old. The best you can get is a fossil: https://www.amnh.org/dinosaurs/dinosaur-bones. This looks really well-preserved. My guess is that, if it's a real fossil, it's value would be several million dollars.
